Wendy is a Gender Advisor with 10+ years performing gender analysis and applying gender theory to varying arenas including economic development, gender-based violence, policy, the humanitarian sector, and women’s political rights. In Farmfit, she leads in integrating gender in all SDMs as well as shaping the conceptual framework and development of gender intentional interventions in the Technical Assistance (TA) phase. She is an accomplished author and co-author of various publications on gender and women’s empowerment." Wendy holds a Masters’ degrees in Gender from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Sociology of Development from, The Graduate Institute of Geneva (IHEID).
