Vaibhav Panpaliya is a senior innovation manager Better Income at IDH. He is a social entreprenuer and impact manager with over 10 years of demonstrated experience in designing and scaling impact interventions for over 15,000 beneficiaries across multiple sectors. Vaibhav leads IDH’s innovation and impact agenda on improving incomes for smallholder farmers. He supports strategic elements of the Living Income agenda at IDH by provisioning tailored advice, building thought leadership, tools and solutions supporting both IDH and its private sector partners in their efforts to close living income gaps and transform outcomes for smallholder farmers.
