Steven Collect is the Deputy Director-General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. With over 20 years of experience in economic development and trade, he has worked across multilateral, bilateral and private sectors. Steven led the modernisation of Dutch diplomacy as the Head Secretary for the General’s Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also was a former Executive Board member of IDH as an Operational Director.
