Sarah Dadush is the Director of the Responsible Contracting Project (RCP) and a Law Professor at the Rutgers Law School. A business and human rights law scholar-practitioner with a background in international development, she teaches Contracts, Business & Human Rights and Consumer Law. She leads the ABA’s Business Law Section working group on model contract clauses, the MCCs 2.0, that companies in any sector can include in their supply contracts to improve human rights in their supply chain. Building on that work, she directs the RCP, which aims to improve human rights in global supply chains through innovative contracting practices.
