Reginaldo Ecclissato is the Chief Business Operations and Supply Chain Officer at Unilever. He has a rich history at the company spanning over 30 years, with extensive supply chain experience in both developed and emerging markets.

After graduating from Universidade de Sao Paulo as an electrical engineer, he started his journey at Unilever Brazil as a trainee in 1991. In his most recent role, he served as Executive Vice President of Unilever Mexico, Central America and Greater Caribbean overseeing 11 countries, 12 product categories and high levels of growth. Before this, he oversaw Unilever's supply chain in North America and Latin America.

Reginaldo has been appointed to the IDH Supervisory Board from the 1st of March 2023. He succeeds Marc Engel, who has served on the IDH Supervisory Board for two terms in total.
