Manuela Tomei is the Assistant Director-General for Governance, Rights and Dialogue at the International Labour Organization (ILO), where she has worked since1988. She has played pivotal roles in adopting the Domestic Workers and Violence and Harassment Conventions and led the Equal Pay International Coalition. In addition to her influential roles at the ILO, Manuela is a member of the Advisory Council of the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership.
