Laura joined IDH in November 2018. In her role as Senior Brands Manager she focuses on supporting FMCG companies – brands – with translating their Living Income and Living Wage commitments and ambitions into meaningful action. With these partners and her colleagues, she works towards transparent and impactful procurement and branding practices to close the Living Income and Living Wage gaps. Before taking on this role, Laura worked in the Farmfit team of IDH where she focused on transforming smallholder value chains by modelling the impact on smallholder incomes of service delivery model interventions.
In her current role she draws on over a decade of experience in sustainable procurement, first as a consultant for PwC and more recently as Sustainable Procurement Manager for HEINEKEN.
