Kirsten Konst is member of the Managing Board of Rabobank Group since 2017. She is responsible for the local branch network, commercial banking and Food&Agri clients in the Netherlands.
Kirsten Konst joined Rabobank in 2010 and held several director positions at local banks after which she became a regional director for the North and South Holland provinces of the Netherlands. In 2016 she was appointed as Director Operations and responsible for all back-office activities in the Netherlands, HR Services, Procurement as well as operations activities for Wholesale, Rural and Retail globally. Before Rabobank, Kirsten Konst worked in several senior management positions at ABN Amro Bank. She started her career as a management consultant at CMG focusing on international business development.
