Daniel Kostzer is a Chief Economist at the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). Previously, he served as the Senior Regional Wage Specialist for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Asia and the Pacific and held positions at the World Bank, the UN Development Program and Argentina’s Ministry of Labour. Daniel specialises in employment and labour policies, project and policy evaluation, and research on labour economics.
